ACCREDITATION

Laboratory accreditation according to EN ISO/IEC 17025

In 2004, in December, we received our first accreditation, granted by the German Accreditation Council DAR, and the accreditation process was carried out by the German Certification Body DACH.

In 2009, in October, we received our second accreditation, granted by the Polish Accreditation Centre. The German accreditation certificate was replaced by a Polish certificate.

In 2019, we successfully adapted our quality management system to the requirements of the revised PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-02 standard, which was confirmed by obtaining another accreditation certificate issued by the Polish Accreditation Centre.

OiB accreditation

In 2012, we were awarded the Certificate of Accreditation for Defence and Security issued by the Minister of Defence. It confirms our competence to conduct activities related to the assessment of conformity of products intended for the needs of state defence and security.

CERTIFICATION

Quality system certification according to ISO 9001

In 2018, we obtained a certificate confirming the compliance of the implemented quality management system with the requirements outlined in the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. The current certificate covers microbiological, physicochemical and sensory testing and sampling.

Quality system certification according to ISO 14001

In 2018, we obtained a certificate confirming the compliance of the implemented environmental management system with the requirements presented in the PN-EN ISO 14001:2015 standard.

In accordance with the requirements of PN-EN ISO 14001:2015, taking into account the economic and strategic conditions of the company, we develop environmental goals and objectives, as well as analyse the impact of our company’s impact on the environment on a continuous basis. The environmental objectives and targets are closely linked to the main goals and commitments of GBA POLSKA as described in the “Quality Policy – Environmental Policy”.

These include:

  • reducing the consumption of electricity, raw materials and materials,
  • reducing emissions and the generation of waste and pollution,
  • shaping pro-quality and pro-environmental awareness,
  • meeting legal requirements regarding environmental aspects,
  • preventing environmental pollution.

The current certification covers microbiological, physicochemical and sensory testing and sampling.

Quality system certification according to AQAP 2110

Since 2018, we have been certified as complying with the implemented quality management system with the NATO requirements for quality assurance in inspection and testing outlined in AQAP 2110:2016.

This allows us to perform laboratory testing for the military and companies that produce for the military. AQAP or Allied Quality Assurance Publication is a Standardisation Publication that documents the quality requirements for supplies to military institutions.

The current certificate covers microbiological, physicochemical and sensory testing and sampling.

APPROVALS / PERMITS / REGISTRATION

GMP+ registration

In 2019, we have been GMP+ registered to perform feed testing under the GMP+ B11 standard.

Approvals by official bodies

We are approved by the Chief Veterinary Officer to perform laboratory tests as part of official control and approved by the State District Sanitary Inspectors to perform tests on water intended for human consumption and water from bathing sites and places used for bathing. In addition, we hold a licence for the manufacture of medicinal products issued by the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector.
