The implementation of a new investment or the modernisation of an existing installation may require an environmental decision. Depending on the scale of the project, obtaining the decision requires the preparation of the following documentation:

• a report on the environmental impact of the project;
• project information sheet.

We offer comprehensive counselling in the investment procedure, both in planning, execution and the documents necessary to launch the installation in accordance with environmental protection requirements. For the purposes of documentation, we perform, among other things, detailed calculations and analyses of the impact on the acoustic climate and atmospheric air quality.

The operation of an IPPC installation requires an integrated permit. IPPC installations are a set of installations whose operation may cause significant pollution of individual natural elements or the environment as a whole. The integrated permit is an administrative decision that regulates the introduction of substances or energy into specific environmental components and replaces certain sectoral permits.
