The durability of a product is tested using various tests, such as stability test, compatibility test (stability test in final packaging) and challenge test. Stability tests are done to test the product’s shelf life. Tests are carried out under various temperature, humidity or light conditions. Values obtained before start of the test are later compared to the values obtained after different time intervals.
