GBA POLSKA, in order to meet the expectations of its clients, has extended the offer of its services to include the preparation of a Risk Analysis of Water Intakes. The purpose of a risk analysis of water intakes is to identify possible hazards that may adversely affect the intake waters, including causing their pollution, and to determine the current state of the ground and water environment within the range of the water inflow zone to the intake.
The obligation to prepare an intake risk analysis rests with the Owner of the surface water intake, groundwater intake and should be completed by December 2022.
Highly qualified GBA POLSKA specialists will prepare, among others:
- Project Information Sheet;
- Environmental Impact Report;
- Environmental Inventory;
- An analysis of the risk of soil, ground or groundwater contamination; risk-causing substances together with a draft remediation plan and cost estimate in the event that contamination of the ground surface is found;
- Applications for integrated permits;
- Applications for permits for the introduction of gases and dust into the air;
- Notifications of installations not requiring a permit;
- Water rights certificates for the discharge into sewerage systems of industrial wastewater containing substances particularly harmful to the aquatic environment;
- Water rights certificates for the discharge of sewage into waters or into the ground;
- Water rights certificates for agricultural use of wastewater;
- Water rights certificates for groundwater abstraction;
- Applications for waste generation permits and permits for waste collection and processing;
- Notifications of waste recognition as a by-product;
- Notifications of reclassification of hazardous waste to non-hazardous waste.
