In accordance with the EU requirements contained in Regulation EC 1223/2009, a cosmetic product needs to be safe for human health under normal or foreseeable conditions of use. Therefore, the Producer, before placing the cosmetic on the market, is obliged to carry out a full analysis in terms of product safety, i.e. to have a Safety Assessment report.
