Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council imposes imposes on the responsible person the obligation to ensure the safety of the cosmetic product and to prove the marketing declarations.
Each cosmetic that comes on the market and ultimately to the consumer should be safe, durable and, above all, effective for the entire period of its shelf life and consumer use. The stability of a cosmetic is one of the most important parameters in assessing the quality and safety of a cosmetic, as required by EU law (in accordance with EC 1223/2009).
We have 20 years’ experience in delivering food laboratory testing, environmental research, cosmetic testing and associated services such as analyses, audits, training, consultancy, monitoring, and sampling.
