Katarzyna Drzyzgu\u0142a-Wierzchucka<\/span><\/span><\/h3>
Katarzyna Drzyzgu\u0142a-Wierzchucka has been serving as the CEO of GBA POLSKA since December 8, 2022. She joined the Company in 2017, initially as the Finance Director\/CFO, and from 2018 as the Vice President of the Management Board. She was responsible for the investment process of BNP Paribas Bank Polska in JARS and the entire process of selling JARS to the GBA Group. In the first months after joining the GBA Group, she supported the integration process of JARS with the GBA Group, also serving as the Chief Compliance Officer. Gradually, she expanded her range of responsibilities in the Company from the financial area, through operational and commercial management in food, environment, cosmetics, and agro segments, to taking the position of leader responsible for managing GBA POLSKA at the strategic level.<\/p>

In the past, she worked for advisory firms, both family-owned and international, supporting their clients in creating structures and processes in accounting, controlling, consolidation, and conducting audits of company financial statements according to Polish and international financial reporting standards, as well as managing due diligence processes.<\/p>
\n

She has a broad financial and business education, is a certified auditor, and a graduate of the Canadian Executive MBA program at the University of Quebec in Montreal. Thanks to the combination of high competencies and business experience with knowledge of the organization, she significantly contributes to building the position of GBA POLSKA as a leader in the Polish market of laboratory testing and its conscious development in the future.<\/div><\/header>
