Integrated Management System<\/span><\/span><\/div>

GBA POLSKA Sp. z o.o. has an integrated management system that has been implemented, maintained and continuously improved.<\/span><\/span><\/h2><\/header>

ACCREDITATION<\/span><\/span><\/h2><\/header>

Laboratory accreditation according to EN ISO\/IEC 17025<\/span><\/span><\/h3><\/header>
<\/div>
<\/p>\n

In 2004, in December, we received our first accreditation, granted by the German Accreditation Council DAR, and the accreditation process was carried out by the German Certification Body DACH.<\/p>\n

In 2009, in October, we received our second accreditation, granted by the Polish Accreditation Centre. The German accreditation certificate was replaced by a Polish certificate.<\/p>\n

In 2019, we successfully adapted our quality management system to the requirements of the revised PN-EN ISO\/IEC 17025:2018-02 standard, which was confirmed by obtaining another accreditation certificate issued by the Polish Accreditation Centre.<\/p>\n

A detailed list of accredited tests can be found in the current Scope of Accreditation of the Testing Laboratory No. AB 1095 and in the lists of tests conducted within the flexible scope.<\/p>\n

OiB accreditation<\/span><\/span><\/h3><\/header>

In 2012, we were awarded the Certificate of Accreditation for Defence and Security issued by the Minister of Defence. It confirms our competence to conduct activities related to the assessment of conformity of products intended for the needs of state defence and security.<\/p>\n

SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES COVERED BY THE INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM<\/span><\/span><\/h2><\/header>

GBA POLSKA’s activities are mainly focused on microbiological, physicochemical and sensory testing of food, cosmetics, household chemicals, packaging, water, wastewater, sludge, waste, soils, air, fuels, gases and others, as well as in vivo testing of cosmetics.<\/p>\n

Scope of the Organisation: Testing sampling services and microbiological and physicochemical (including sensory) testing services of food, water, air, sewage, soil, sludge, waste and other environmental samples, household chemicals, cosmetics, packaging and pharmaceuticals.<\/p>\n

HISTORY OF CERTIFICATION AND IMPLEMENTATION<\/span><\/span><\/h2><\/header>

Quality management system certification according to ISO 9001<\/span><\/span><\/h3><\/header>

In 2018, we obtained a certificate confirming the compliance of the implemented quality management system with the requirements outlined in the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. The current certificate covers microbiological, physicochemical and sensory testing and sampling.<\/p>\n

Environmental quality management system certification according to ISO 14001<\/span><\/span><\/h3><\/header>

In 2018, we obtained a certificate confirming the compliance of the implemented environmental management system with the requirements outlined in the PN-EN ISO 14001:2015 standard.<\/p>\n

Implementation of an ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system<\/span><\/span><\/h3><\/header>
<\/div>
<\/p>\n

In 2023 we implemented a Health and Safety Management System in 2024 it is planned to obtain a certificate confirming the implemented management system with the requirements presented in the PN-ISO 45001:2018 standard.<\/p>\n

As of 2019, we are registered to perform feed testing under the GMP+ Feed Certification scheme 2020 standard GBA POLSKA.<\/p>\n

Approvals by official bodies<\/span><\/span><\/h3><\/header>

<\/p>\n

We are approved by the Chief Veterinary Officer to perform laboratory tests as part of official control and approved by the State District Sanitary Inspectors to perform tests on water intended for human consumption and water from bathing sites and places used for bathing. In addition, we hold a licence for the manufacture of medicinal products issued by the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector.<\/p>\n
