Katarzyna has also completed postgraduate studies in biostatistics &#8211; practical aspects of statistics in medical research at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Additionally, she expanded her knowledge and passion in the field of statistics and cosmetics during numerous trainings and courses. She is a co-author of an article in the industry magazine &#8220;\u015awiat Przemys\u0142u Kosmetyczny&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Katarzyna has been associated with the cosmetics and household chemicals research industry for over 10 years. She started her career in the cosmetic testing laboratory as an assistant, being promoted to Cosmetics Research Specialist, Senior Assistant to the Project Manager and ultimately taking up the position of Project Manager.<\/p>\n<p>The wide range of responsibilities as a Cosmetics Research Specialist and Senior Assistant to the Project Manager included the analysis and interpretation of results, statistical analysis of results, preparation of reports on application and instrumental tests, creation of management system documentation (testing procedures, technical and other related instructions), implementation of new equipment and testing methods, as well as validation and authorization of reports.
